Fallen Rewrite - Week 12

It was a good day. Even took out time to go grocery shopping with Melissa. Six days left in Novel In 90. Seven days until Easter. Two of which are night shifts. I'm going to get up bright and early tomorrow for the Y and an upper-body workout. Hopefully I get some good writing done before my shift starts at noon.

I forgot I moved 8-9 pages from the end of the preceding chapter to the last chapter. so the week's total was actually 14,000 words. So I'm sitting on 105,500 words. Six days and approximately 20,000 words left.

It can be very good to take a break from things, go out for a walk, a workout a shop. I find that sometimes if my creativity is in the crap tank, that a change is just the thing to spark it up again.

I've got a full body workout today, but no run, which is a good thing, given that it has decided to snow! Snow in British Columbia in April. That is no common thing.

The workout was nice -- except a meter maid/man/person decided my car was parked too near something and gave me a $25 parking ticket. Not nice. :-(

Glad the workout was nice, not glad about the ticket. That's not fun.

I made up for it. Just finished the next to last chapter. One more to go. Now, to bed and about 5-6 hours sleep.

You must be feeling pretty good about the writing.

I'll hope that the 5 or 6 hours of sleep, feel more like 7 to 10 hours. Hum... Seven to ten hour of sleep :o)

So far, so good. Ran a mile and a half this morning. Have to see how the day goes at work with a short staff.
